DC Collective was started by myself, Taylor. A stay at home Mum to two beautiful children with the first name initials D & C.


Opening a small business has always been a dream and to make it come to life in Custom Cups and crafting has been a dream come true. Bringing customer orders to life, seeing smiles on faces and enjoying time to put my own flare into a business is exactly what we set out to do.

Returns and Refund Policy – DC Collective NZ

We at DC Collective strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please note:

Certain items, such as custom or personalized orders, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Snowglobe cups purchased are deemed to lose liquid over a period of time due to the nature of the liquid formulation used inside the double wall. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for this as is it stated to happen.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us, and we will assist you with the process. Any and all items exchanged will be exchanged if approved, with the same product initially purchased. No changes to the item will be made unless we cannot provide the initial sales items.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over [$50], you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
